Rapidly and safe I'm coming down near your apartment
With no one else to blame I wish I didn't know the answers
I wonder if you are home alone and I wonder if you still got work to do tonight
It's too early to move on
It's too late to make amends for all the things we could have done
There's a point of no return
We can't fix the broken glass because all the pieces now are gone
But I still have the same question
(Why do you raise it after all?)
Do you have me on your mind?
(You know all the answers)
How we used to spend together
Almost every summer night
This album is absolutely stellar and now one of my most listened to. It's nostalgic sounding and unlike music at the time for me, this provides me a bit of challenge and uniqueness that keep me coming back. I'm happy they've chosen their native language too as it brings extra authenticity to the sound. toastal
Takes me back to my high school classroom during the days of binging Inio Asano's old manga scanlations before anything was licensed. At that time, I was discovering many kinds of Asian shoegaze, but I've never heard anything like this. Makes me think of Pasteboard, Supecar, and Midnight Pingpong a bit, and it's funny bc the first two I listen have blue album covers too. Lu
